She was able to guide us from day 1 in terms of how to approach the baby, where to give focus, what not to give focus, and what not! I never had to think about checking my baby at the daycare during the enrolment with Randeep. She was taking care of the baby for the last year. She was not just focusing on taking care of the babies, she encouraged the kids to learn, interact with other kids, and manage when they are cranky. Now we had to leave Randeep to another suburb, otherwise, Randeep would have been for first and last choice till my baby goes to kindy. My final words about Randeep from the current family daycare are: "Your kid is such a good one. You guys are raising the kid so well". It's not just us as parents.
