My kids love going to daycare. The staff are warm and welcoming. They have catered to all my kids' needs. I have a child who has strict dietary and skin allergies, and I have never had a problem. I am always updated throughout the day on what my kids are doing and the fun they are having. The staff always calls to check if they have any questions or concerns. They are always happy to take the time to answer any questions or concerns I may have.

This daycare used to be fantastic under the previous owner. It had a warm, family-oriented vibe, and everyone felt welcome. The staff were amazing, and I never had any issues dropping off my kids—they loved it there.
However, everything changed when the new owner took over. All the original staff left, and my son started dreading going to daycare. Drop-offs became a daily struggle, and even after some time with the new staff, he still didn’t feel comfortable.
The previous owner only charged for 10 hours per day for full-time care, which matched the hours covered by Centrelink. The new owner, however, increased the charge to over 11 hours per day for full-time care, even if we didn’t use the extra hours. It felt like the focus shifted entirely to making money rather than providing a nurturing environment.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this daycare. The warm, welcoming atmosphere is gone, replaced by a cold, money-driven vibe. Many parents, including myself, have since pulled our kids out of this place.

Cannot rate BSEL any higher. Our son, Christian loves 'little school' and the Educators and we have watched him develop and grow amazingly over his four years at BSEL.
All the educators are fantastic and really nurture the children and their unique abilities. If we ever have another child, we wouldn't hesitate sending them to BSEL.
