Family Day Care

I have used the day care services for 2 months and called it quit. First of all there are no activities done with... I have used the day care services for 2 months and called it quit. First of all there are no activities done with my then 1 year old. Secondly she wants to charge full 12 hours like any other early Day care where as she is a family day care, but she will keep my child only for 4 or 5 hours. She charges time till 8 30 pm and there has been instances when she calls me when are you picking up the child coz she has to be somewhere even if it's 4 pm. There is lot of frauds done in charging time as she will use my 50 hours per week as per her convenience in timesheet even on Sat or sun. But won't keep the child more than 4 days from Mon to Thursday Coz 48 hours get finished and the Max is 50 hours. But she won't show same on timesheet. The uttermost unprofessionalism is she will leave the child to her parents who are not qualified educators and go for picking kids from school. My kid was crying badly when I reached once coz she wasn't there and left them with her parents and he was not familiar with them.i am giving this review after few months coz after that I have sent my kid to other family day care and I can see the professionalism and child activities other educators conduct and no fraud in timesheets as well.
