Sharmila is a kind, caring, passionate educator who genuinely enjoys her job and engaging the children. She is incredibly thorough, organised and has a heart for what is best for the little ones above all else. She is constantly adapting as my little girls grows to whatever she needs and senses what she needs at that moment in time easily being a mother herself. No need to prompt her like you often would have to with other daycares as she is always one step ahead, for example this weekend she sensed my daughter was ready to start walking and was helping her engage with a Walker and introducing her to it of her own accord. I would 100% recommend her as she’s mature, committed and is doing it for her love of kids therefore you know your child will be looked after with great care with someone who has true knowledge on early education not just someone looking for a pay check who has no interest in the job, she always has their best interests at heart. ❤️ Read more
