Yeasmin's Family Day Care

Hello,

I'm Yeasmin Choudhury, an early learning educator with over 20 years of experience in both long day care services and as a Family Day Care Educator in Australia and New Zealand. Holding a diploma in children's services, I consistently pursue regular training to enhance my skills and knowledge.

In Family Day Care, I prioritize individual child development within a nurturing home learning environment. Through small groups, children experience natural play, forming genuine bonds with one dedicated educator. As part of the Canterbury Council Family Day Care service, I undergo training, support, and monitoring, ensuring high-quality standards overseen by the Department of Education.

My passion for nurturing children extends to providing a school readiness program, ensuring preschool-aged children excel upon entering kindergarten. Core principles include fostering a sense of belonging for all children, valuing diversity, and actively engaging with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Communities.

Located conveniently in Bankstown, my Family Day Care offers a large, stimulating, and safe environment opposite a park. Accessible from Bankstown or Punchbowl station, my service is eligible for child care subsidy payments, making it affordable for all families. Accredited and exceeding National Quality Standards, I align with safety and learning benchmarks set by the NSW Department of Education.

Activities are crafted based on the early learning framework, tailored to children's interests and developmental needs. With a current first aid, asthma-anaphylaxis certificate, and annual medical fitness checks, I prioritize the health and safety of every child in a thoroughly cleaned and pest-free environment.
