Highly do not recommend this early learning centre. My non verbal autistic child was left outside in the rain unsupervised and unaccounted for.... Highly do not recommend this early learning centre. My non verbal autistic child was left outside in the rain unsupervised and unaccounted for. When I arrived at the centre a staff member in his room with a DISGUSTING attitude laughed in my face and told me my son had been picked up already by his father, this was not true. After 5 minutes of frantically searching for my child BY MYSELF I found him outside by himself drenched from head to toe and freezing to touch. The centre claimed he was only outside for 2 minutes and that they had no idea how this had happened. After investigation from the department of education camera footage was checked and he had been outside for 12 minutes, as well as several standard procedures being broken. This incident has caused my son a great amount of distress and now transitioning into another school is a challenge as his trust was broken at such a young age. They don’t even deserve the 1 star rating however I had no choice because this review needed to be posted. Read more
