The countdown to Christmas is officially on, and before you close the doors for the holidays and enjoy some well-deserved rest and relaxation, we’d like to thank you for being a valued member of the CareforKids.com.au community and recognise the incredible contributions you’ve made in 2021.

For the second year running, the early education and care sector has worked tirelessly to keep staff and families safe in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. You’ve enabled parents to work and children to learn in challenging times and for that we’re all very grateful.

Here at CareforKids.com.au, we’ve been busy building partnerships and delivering enhancements to best support you and your families, and here’s a quick recap of our achievements this year:

• CareforKids.com.au joined forces with Toddle to create Australia’s largest child care search and compare platform, allowing you to multi-list your service on both sites, along with loads of other amazing benefits.
• We created lots of supportive library content and resources to help you do a better job.
• We developed COVID-19 and wellness-related materials to help you care for yourself during lockdowns and the ongoing pandemic.
• We profiled many amazing educators from around the nation.
• We partnered with Circle In to help you tap in to a wider circle of working parents.
• We created a 10 top tips Marketing Cheat sheet to enable you to successfully promote your service on the CareforKids.com.au platform.
• We updated our Marketing Guide with simple strategies to boost the profile of your service.
• We formed a partnership with ABC Kids Early Education  to ensure a pipeline of topical information related to little learners.
• We enhanced the Child Care Subsidy Calculator so families can see what the government’s upcoming changes mean for their child care budget.
• We introduced lots of technical enhancements to keep the CareforKids.com.au platform secure, robust and best-in-class.
• We’re currently overhauling CareforKids.com.au to create a fresh look and enhanced experience. Our new and improved website will connect services with even more families looking for care.
• And, last but not least, we’ve extended our Care Corporate Work Perks program to offer services even more opportunities to connect with working parents looking for care.

All in all, it’s been an industrious year and we’re proud of everything everyone has achieved.
