I wish I could give zero stars. This is the WORST childcare my child has ever attended. They promised they wouldn’t let children watch TV, but the very next day when I picked up my child, they were sitting right in front of the TV. When I complained to the facility manager, she seems to make an effort to adjust, but nothing actually changed. They were still watching TV, I pad every single day!
Why do childcare kids need to watch this everyday?
I also witnessed an educator using a very bad attitude toward a child who had done nothing wrong at around 4 pm— the child just wanted to have his afternoon tea. The child’s mother, who was just coming to pick up her child, saw the whole episode and told the educator that this was not the appropriate way to speak to her kid. The educator responded, “I didn’t know you were here.” Does this mean children are treated differently when parents are not present?
These happened in 2023, hopefully, no one has the same experience as mine.

The management's conduct lacks professionalism, showing indifference to parental concerns and a disregard for addressing issues promptly, exemplified by their unresponsiveness to emails. Notably, KAL, the overseeing entity, recently changed food suppliers without apparent cause, presumably as a cost-cutting measure. Unfortunately, this alteration has resulted in subpar food quality, leaving young ones returning home hungry—a concern echoed by both educators and management within the center.
Despite voiced objections from parents regarding the previous food supplier, KAL appears fixated on financial gains, dismissing feedback while maintaining the inferior provisions. Moreover, evident staff shortages impact the center's functionality, noticeable upon observing the premises. KAL's response on the childcare app, along with disabling comments to evade feedback, appears dismissive and misleading, undermining parental trust and portraying an inaccurate depiction of the situation, especially concerning the children's acceptance of the food changes. Their attempt to interject cultural relevance deflects attention from the primary issue, further exacerbating the situation.
It's regrettable that this circumstance persists without resolution even after a month, casting doubt on the validity of their claims about similar situations in other centers. Regardless of cultural considerations, the primary concern of food quality remains unaddressed. This predicament is unfortunate, and I would recommend exploring alternative childcare options for a more conducive and satisfactory environment for your child's well-being.
