We believe every child has the right to access quality education and care. That’s why we’re offering 2 free days of preschool each week of 2023 for new and current families, exclusive to Uniting early learning centres.

Earlwood Uniting Church Preschool sits on Bidjigal land and has a rich history dating back to 1949 where it was originally established to assist families after World War II. The preschool has always had a really strong sense of community and it’s not uncommon to have second and third generation families returning with their children and grandchildren. The preschool is overseen by a parent committee who volunteer to support the operation and legacy of the service.

Within our warm and welcoming service, we provide stimulating indoor and outdoor environments and programs designed to inspire your child’s desire to learn, embracing purposeful play and group activities that encourage their curiosity, confidence, creativity and self-expression.

We welcome your child as an individual with programs that celebrate their unique interests, ideas, personality and learning style, and that pave the way for ongoing literacy, numeracy, problem-solving and language development.

Our qualified educators, many of whom have been at the centre for 20 – 30 years, ensure your child feels secure, valued, comfortable and connected to those around them. Through their interactions and activities with our staff and their peers, your child learns how to meaningfully connect with others, enhancing their emotional intelligence and the social and communication skills that will carry them confidently into the future.
