Thanks Mary for the review. We love educating and caring for the children that attend our centre.

To start with when enrolling our child she asked for $350 bond to hold a spot which was promised when our child leaves childcare we will get back, then when we are introduced to the teacher taking care of our child she uses the most experienced teacher in the place and said she will be your daughters teacher etc. Then would not allow my partner to take a look and ease her mind inside the childcare to see what she would be doing etc being a first time for a mum this can be quiet daunting. After a few weeks we find our child is in a over crowded room with a young girl constantly screaming at the kids age 2-3. The experienced teacher was with the older kids. When we decided to give the chid care notice the lady in charge was FARAH who i must say was one of the rudest person my partner and i have met in over 40 yrs of work life. It was before Christmas and we gave her 2 months notice , after the Christmas Break we received a email saying no place for your daughter we have replaced her and you will not be receiving you $350 bond back . She is a fraud and a scammer i have heard she has done this to many family's each time. We took our child to paddington KU and it was the most pleasant experience we have ever encountered complete opposite . Our child thrived from that environment and i must say i don't know how ST JUDES AT RANDWICK WITH FARAH black haired tanned lady big nose in charge gets away with over crowding under staff and ripping off parents. I ran into a pommy young girl who used to work there and be a teacher of our child and said her father dies in the UK and Farah the lady in charge said if you leave you will be fired so the girl left to see her father die in the UK and has never been happier since. Im guessing by the looks of the reviews no photos etc they are all fake because i have not ever heard one positive parent come from that place . Do yourself and your child a favour stay away. Anthony, after FIVE YEARS you are still being publicly bring rude, racist and chauvinist. These remarks against our service and myself are extremely offensive. You left the centre with an outstanding debt. Therefore, your bond of $350.00 that would have been refundable was used to cover these outstanding fees, which were unpaid for while using our service. You were given two months notice of the change in immunisation laws by the federal government. You chose NOT to have your child immunised and with the government changes that came in affect, it meant you had to pay FULL FEES. We respected your choice to not immunise and that of every family. Your child care subsidy was cancelled because of YOUR choice NOT to immunise your child. The “pommy lady” you refer to is back at our service and her life couldn’t be better. It’s been FIVE years now and your consistent verbal abuse will not be tolerated any longer.
