Cardinia Lakes Early Learning Centre Pakenham
Cardinia Lakes Early Learning Centre Pakenham Centre overview
Welcome to Cardinia Lakes Early Learning centre!
Located in the heart of the Cardinia Lakes community, our service offers high quality education and care to children 6 weeks to school age. We offer an exceptional 3 and 4 year old kindergarten program 5 days per week, led by a qualified Early Childhood Teacher. Children attend the kindergarten program for 5 hours each day and are able to access extended care hours before and after each session within the Early Learning Centre.
Our passionate team of educators ensures Cardinia Lakes ELC is a warm and inclusive learning environment in which every child feels welcome, valued and supported to reach their full potential. Our educators guide children’s learning through a play-based learning curriculum which is developed based on children’s individual needs, strengths and interests, in line with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
Indoor learning spaces are purposefully designed to stimulate curiosity and excitement for learning, offering a wide variety of age-appropriate resources for play and learning. Outside children are offered plenty of shade and different areas for quiet, gentle play as well as larger open spaces for big, energetic play. Imaginations run wild on our climbing equipment, up in the cubby house, while riding around on bikes or digging in the veggie patch. Both indoor and outdoor learning spaces continually evolve to reflect children’s changing interests and developmental needs.
Our service is conveniently located near the local shopping precinct, Pakenham Primary School and Hollins Children’s Centre, with on-site parking available for easy pick-ups and drop-offs. We welcome families to contact us for more information. Please book a tour to visit and experience our centre for yourself!

I have a 4 year old and an 18 month old that attend the centre, my 4 year old has court orders and an asthma plan and we get regular updates on when new staff arrive that they sign and acknowledge these forms. This small detail puts our minds at ease and shows that the care and safety of our child is their priority. Our 18 month old has been at the centre since he was 5 months old. The staff and management offered an orientation process that help both our son and my partner feel safe dropping off as we were able to slowly transition our child, we have the freedom of calling whenever we like and checking in on-top of getting regular live updates on how their day is going and their routines for the day. Highly recommend this centre, as soon as you step in you will feel the warmth from staff and smiles on the children’s faces. Read more

They have been amazing, can not fault anyone. Our daughter is often the first child dropped off in the morning and everyone always makes her feel so welcome and us as parents at ease about leaving her while we work. The care that she receive is next level and we even turnt down a placement that was 4 minutes from our home. Could not recommend this daycare enough! Read more

Seems all the careers have their own kids here and only look after their own kids. My child always came home sunburnt and the sunscreen we supplied was still full after months. Literally got told to sick up our child because they were crying too much too. We also had an asthma plan in place but he still got sent home for coughing when pollen count was high and the puffer was never administered. It still has 196 puffs out of the 200 it went there with. Goodluck to anyone dealing with this centre. Read more
