We were very lucky to get a spot at The hive last year for my daughter when she was 2.5. It was her... We were very lucky to get a spot at The hive last year for my daughter when she was 2.5. It was her first time in daycare and we were very lucky that she had the carers she did! They supported her through the transition and reassured us as parents that she was settling in and we knew they were able to give her what she needed emotionally and developmentally! She is now in the kinder room with a new set of carers/teachers and they’re also amazing with her and care for her! All the carers have their own personalities which is great but you can see that they care for the kids! The manager Michelle also is running the place great - you see her doing multiple things and filling in the rooms to help out where she needs and she also has a great relationship with the kiddos! Huge thanks to Kristy, Emma, Hannah, Amber (who is no longer there), Bec, Adele who helped care for our daughter last year and thank you to our current carers for our daughter Nitesh, Rofi and Muhammed!! Our two year old was new to daycare this year. The staff at the Hive have really taken her under their wing and developed a relationship with her, and us, as her parents. This has made the transition a lot easier, as everyday she is welcomed with smiling faces and fun activities.
