All the staff are very welcoming & the menu looks delicious! I highly recommend Kool Kids Helensvale.

After moving from Sydney to the Gold Coast a few months ago, my husband and I were concerned about never finding a warm... After moving from Sydney to the Gold Coast a few months ago, my husband and I were concerned about never finding a warm and inviting environment for our four year old son to attend pre-kindy as we compared centers to my sons previous daycare. After a single day of attendance at 'Kool kids Pacific Pines', our minds lay to rest. What solidified our decision making process was after meeting the fantastic staff, in particular Miss Angie. She is a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day (as cliche as it sounds). Her warm and bubbly personality is so welcoming and comforting. She shows love whilst maintaining professionalism. She is dedicated and makes time for all my small chats as significant or insignificant that may be, and at the same time is equally there for everyone else. My son not only feels safe but feels confident in a school setting as if he were at home. In just a few months of attendance, he looks forward to practising name writing, colouring-in, phonetics practice, reading books together, making new friendships, and reciting songs. Most of which he had very little interest in doing so prior. The most difference I see in him is that he can't wait to attend class for the day, and doesn't want to leave right away upon pick up. He's come out of his shell, which is inevitably what we longed for. Thank you so much, we are forever greatful 🌻

Just wanted to give a big shout out to Miss Angie. Absolutely beautiful educator who gives the kids so much love and attention.... Just wanted to give a big shout out to Miss Angie. Absolutely beautiful educator who gives the kids so much love and attention. She goes above and beyond in her role and her bright bubbly personality is so nice to walk in to each day. My daughter has truly loved being in her class this year and often repeats the lovely things Ange says to her during the day. This helps so much with her confidence and we feel so comfortable sending our daughter to her each day. Much love to this beautiful lady 💗💗

It really does make a difference when your child is lead by someone who genuinely cares and takes the time to get to know them. I currently have my youngest of 4 at Kool Kids Pacific Pines (we have been there for 10 years already) and I have to point out what a huge assest Miss Ange & Miss Karlein is! They are kind, welcoming, approachable, invested in our children and do everything with a smile. Two of my daughters have been lucky enough to have Miss Ange thus far, and fingers crossed the same goes with Miss Karlein next year. My 7yo still speaks so highly of these gorgeous ladies and insists on getting out of the car every pick up/drop off in hopes she might catch a glimpse/smile/hug from one or both of them. Special shout out to Miss Georgia also, my girl loves you! Would highly recommend Kool Kids Pacific Pines and count yourself especially lucky if your child is under the lead of one of these amazing Educators

In 17 years, my oldest son being nearly 18 years old starting childcare at 4 months old, my middle son nearly 13 years... In 17 years, my oldest son being nearly 18 years old starting childcare at 4 months old, my middle son nearly 13 years old starting childcare at 10 months old and living across three states, I have definitely been through a high number of different childcare centres and this centre is hands down THE best childcare centre I have ever experienced. My three year old son absolutely LOVES going. The childcare educators are ALL lovely ladies and go above and beyond to make sure your child is comfortable and in a safe enjoyable environment. My son is on the spectrum and is non verbal and they are so patient and understanding. They do lots of different activities and the children always look like they are having a ball. Absolutely 100% highly recommend Kool Kids Isle of Capri.

Day care was a hard transition for my daughter but the staff at Kool Kids Isle of Capri are so caring and are always proactive in comforting her when she needs it. They also put a lot of work into providing educational and fun activities for the kids. I know she has a great day even when drop off is tough. I couldn’t be happier with the staff!

My son has been attending for over 3 years and the center is very well managed, the teachers are lovely and kids are... The center is always well kept, clean and the teachers are very creative with all activities and materials. The food is cooked on premises and my son loves it! Thank you all teachers, Ashley and Bonnie for the outstanding service and communication.

Simply amazing. We moved from a smaller, family owned centre just up the road and haven’t looked back. Our little girl is thriving in... Simply amazing. We moved from a smaller, family owned centre just up the road and haven’t looked back. Our little girl is thriving in the babies 2 room thanks to her incredible educators, Miss Celine and Miss Brooke. These girls go above and beyond to respect parent wishes and ensure the babies are involved in enriching activities. The float staff are consistent allowing our girl to develop positive, new relationships while still having a familiar face around at all times (this was an absolute must for our girl). Miss Monica in babies 1 room is always keeping an eye out on all the babies and is also loved by our little one. We cannot thank Miss Keira enough for being the happy face our girl gets to go to on our early morning drop offs. All the staff in the centre are always so welcoming and never fail to say hello. Jess and Chelsea at the front always welcome you in and happily answer any questions. We are so thankful to have found this amazing centre. We look forward to our girl continuing to grow and thrive here for years to come.

It's her last year now as she's off to Prep next year. We love it and definitely recommend! The carers are just amazing, they genuinely care and love the kids. Willow has thrived and just absolutely loves her kindy class and carers. So many stories daily when we pick her up with all the different fun activities daily to encourage their learning. She will definitely miss Kool Kids Isle of Capri next year but I am confident they have really nurtured, cared and taught her all she will need to have a smooth transition over. I really do enjoy a laugh and chat with the teachers when dropping her off and picking her up. Just a great center, with caring, fun and nurturing ladies.
