The staff is always so organized and efficient, creating a welcoming and structured environment for the kids. When my daughter started, educators Agata and Harshita in the nursery room made her transition so smooth and comforting, and I could see how patient they were with her every step of the way. The communication system they have in place is fantastic – it’s so helpful to be able to track her progress and see updates on what she’s doing throughout the day. The staff are always friendly, approachable, and willing to help with anything. I’m truly grateful for the positive environment in this childcare centre, making me feel comfortable to have my child there.

Three of my kids have attended First Grammar over the past few years. I toured quite a number of centres before deciding to... Three of my kids have attended First Grammar over the past few years. I toured quite a number of centres before deciding to enrol my eldest child here as it was a stand out. Katie, the Centre Manager is always engaging and accommodating. My child (that currently attends) has food allergies and Katie is extremely attentive and cautious as to his needs. The educators and in house chef are consistently warm and friendly. They are approachable and always have time for a chat or update on what's happening with my children. They have really made an effort to help each of my kids settle in over the years and feel safe in their new environment. The centre itself is always clean, bright, modern and constantly evolving with things to keep it interesting for the kids. A highlight is their family inclusive days for special events including Mother's Day, Father's day, Easter and Christmas. These events are fun for everyone and I believe further assists the children in settling in to the environment as their loved ones are able to participate in the center events alongside them. They also have great incursions and excursions through out the year to mix it up for the kids - there are always lots of smiles and fun stories to hear after these experiences. As a first-time mum I was quite nervous about childcare but the entire team especially Katie, made me feel so supported from day one. They provide regular updates on my baby’s developmental milestones, which gives me great peace of mind. The centre’s menu is fantastic my child is always well-fed with nutritious meals packed with protein to support their growth. It’s so reassuring to know they are in a safe, caring and nurturing environment every day. The educators genuinely care for the children and I can see how much my little one has thrived here. I highly recommend First Grammar to any parent looking for quality childcare. It’s worth every dollar!

Their patience and kindness make such a difference in his daily experience, and I can see how much he enjoys being here. It’s so reassuring to know that he is in a warm and nurturing environment where he is not only looked after but also encouraged to learn and grow. The dedication and love they show to all the children is beyond commendable. I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for my son, the centre is so well looked after, clean and organised as well as provides the kids with healthy, fresh meals all day, which as a parent, I can’t appreciate enough. They also take the time to communicate with you to mirror any sort of activities from home, to make the transition into this stage of their little lives seamless and comfortable for your children. The team is incredibly warm and welcoming, and they’ve made the transition for my children so smooth. They’ve helped my kids adapt to new surroundings and constantly encourage them to explore and learn new things. It’s clear that the staff truly bond with the children, creating a strong and supportive connection. I am so grateful for the nurturing atmosphere they've provided, and I feel at ease knowing my children are in such caring hands. Highly recommend!
