As first-time parents, we were understandably apprehensive about sending our son to daycare, but from the very first orientation with Pallavi to his initial days with Ayesha, we were made to feel at ease. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our son's comfort and smooth transition. Even though we've only been here for 4 months, the bond our son shares with the educators is a testament to their passion and genuine care. They have always been attentive to his needs, especially when he was teething and didn’t want to eat – they always made sure he had something. We also want to give a special mention to Kajal, the new leader in Daisy Room, who is incredibly warm and nurturing towards the children. Kanika, the center manager, along with her entire team, is simply wonderful. They are affectionate, understanding, and truly passionate about their work. A heartfelt thank you to Pallavi, Ayesha, Kajal, Bindu, Kanika, Chef Deby, Annu, Shiny, and Satya for taking exceptional care of our son. Our son absolutely adores Ayesha and Kajal, and it’s so sweet to hear him ask for them even on holidays – such a strong bond! If it weren’t for us moving cities, we would never consider leaving this daycare. The care here is truly exceptional, and we are so grateful for everything they’ve done for our family!

Headstart Geelong has been amazing for our 12 month old who has just started her childcare journey. She's formed attachments to her educators super quickly and Khushbu from the nursery has been so kind and loving - my daughter loves her so much. Khushbu always takes the time to tell me what our daughter's favourite toys have been, who she's enjoyed playing with and anything cool she did during the day. I also love the daily photos and updates. I truly feel she's getting an exceptionally high level of care here and I'm so glad we chose Headstart Geelong.

Changed over to this centre for my little one and we have seen great overall improvement in my child’s development and health . She especially loves miss Brenda but all the team are always friendly , smiling and positive and pleasant to deal with . The manager Kaitlyn is also fantastic at knowing each child in the centre and always happy to help in any way possible .

Absolutely fantastic centre, my son attended from 18months through to just before starting school, approx 4 years (this time included covid) and the centre staff were always genuinely loving and caring towards the children. My daughter started at 11 months and though the transition was tough, the educator's did everything possible to help to ease her into the daycare centre. The centre has fantastic facilities including a turtle, fish and axolotl. Great indoor and out activities and the centre chief makes the best lunches/snacks for the kids. Far better than i make at home anyway. Couldn't recommend this centre more, great way to help your little ones grow and learn in a safe loving environment

After moving from a different childcare, that had gone significantly downhill, it was a challenging time but the team at headstart were so welcoming it was such a wonderful experience and how a childcare should be. Kanika and all the staff are so caring and genuinely enjoy working there and supporting the children. We have loved our time at headstart Carnegie and would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a childcare.

My son started going to headstart child care for the last 2 months. It was very difficult when we started at the beginning.... My son started going to headstart child care for the last 2 months. It was very difficult when we started at the beginning. As he was crying all the time and did not want to go there. But, big thank you to all the teachers and Kanika who were so welcoming and cooperative to help my son on his initial days. Now, he is very happy to go and meet his friends at childcare.
