I am truly thankful and appreciative to all the staff at Great Beginnings Reservoir. It has been a wonderful experience so far and... I am truly thankful and appreciative to all the staff at Great Beginnings Reservoir. It has been a wonderful experience so far and I can’t recommend them enough. My child had a teary first few weeks and the educators were extremely caring, nurturing and patient with helping my child adapt to 3YO kinder. A special mention to Eman, Alicia, Sarah, Lyndsey and Indima who have made drop offs so much easier. My child absolutely loves going to kinder and now runs to them when she walks in the kinder room. I can’t thank the whole team enough for everything they do and all the activities they plan everyday. All the educators there are amazing and friendly. They are truly people you can trust to leave your child with knowing that they deeply care for all the children who attend. I’d also like to add that no matter ow many times you call them to check in, Renee and Lina are always wonderful to speak to and update me on how my child is doing. I am forever grateful to all the staff at Great Beginnings and will always recommend them.

My daughter has been attending the school since she was 3 months old and 4 months later I can still see her being... My daughter has been attending the school since she was 3 months old and 4 months later I can still see her being excites to see her teachers and her friends. They have been super supportive and always keep me informed of her progress. Being a first time mother the app with the regular notifications about what she is up to (sleeping, nappy change, meals incl what she has) as provided me with regular reassurance as I go through my working day. Each and every person at the school is friendly, inviting and truelly cares. I know she is in good hands for the next few years of her life.

From day 1 all of the staff have been amazing, very welcoming and looked after our daughter so well. The bond our daughter has made with the educators is just amazing. So many fun activities during the day and so much learning, she comes home with something new to say everyday. I would highly recommend

My son has been attending for the past 6 months and is now transitioning into N2. We wanted to honour the educators there... My son has been attending for the past 6 months and is now transitioning into N2. We wanted to honour the educators there especially Tracy and Jacinta who have been a familiar face and helped settle him into daycare. Also is lovely to be met by Miriam and staff upon entry and notified of any news in the centre. He now waves goodbye in the mornings with a smile.

I am so unbelievably happy with the service so far we are two weeks in. All the staff are amazing and friendly. Jess and Ryan are extremely helpful and responsive to any questions. It was hard for me to send my daughter to childcare so soon, everyday I pick her up she is so happy and I can tell she had a fantastic day. Staff keep you updated through an app so you can see how your child is going. 10/10 experience so far. If you are looking for the perfect centre for your little one I couldn't recommend this one enough.

I could not recommend this place enough if i'm being honest, the quality care and relationships built within this little family known as... I could not recommend this place enough if i'm being honest, the quality care and relationships built within this little family known as GBK is just incredible. I used to work here and was there for 7.5 years. The educators here are so supportive of one another and will go above and beyond for the families in their care. They are very inclusive and provide such meaningful personalised learning experiences tailored to support each child’s development. When you walk in it feels like a warm little home, so clean and bright with such enthusiastic educators. Please if you are within the area pop in or book a tour to find a second family to support your family.

We’ve had our child at GB Secret Harbour since they were 9 months old, and now at 2.5 years old, they still really... We’ve had our child at GB Secret Harbour since they were 9 months old, and now at 2.5 years old, they still really enjoy it. The educators are caring, attentive, and truly invested in the children's well-being and development. They provide a balanced mix of creative and engaging activities, with plenty of outdoor play, which our child thrives on. The meals provided are nutritious and well-balanced, and our child often goes back for extra portions. While there was a brief period of challenges under a short-term manager, this was only a small bump in an otherwise great experience. The team has always remained dedicated, creating a warm and nurturing environment. We’re so grateful for the love and care they show our child every day. We would recommend this centre to any parent looking for a place where their little one will be happy, engaged, and well cared for.

First I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to the educators and new management at GBSH I just wanted to share my appreciation and experience with GBSH. I enrolled my kids just over a year ago one into the toddler room and 1 into kindy room. This was our first experience with daycare after returning to work. We did a walkthrough to check the centre out before we started, we had a wonderful experience with the educator giving us a run down of how it all works and making us feel super comfortable with our decision. The first few months were a mixture of good and bad experiences it was more for me todo with the high turn around with staff but ultimately I never felt that my children’s education was affected by this. My son was very shy prior to his enrolment, he has made wonderful friends with the kids and has really come out of his shell. I found since the centre has come under new management Jess has made a HUGEEE impact to the centre and has really turned it around. They are super accommodating to our kids needs and have been wonderful with allowing day changes when needed due to changes in work. I recently went through the process of ending care for my son as he started kindy this year and it was such a simple process, but he was really sad to go he loves going in and dropping his sister off and seeing everyone still at pick up time. My daughter continues to go to GBSH, she loves it and I couldn’t thank the educators at this centre enough, my daughter absolutely loves going to “school” here and I feel like she is thriving from it! I also really love the daily updates, especially with toilet training we’ve been able to continue our toilet training from home and it’s followed into the centre which has been a really positive impact for her. The level of care the educators really show towards my kids has been nothing short of amazing I couldn’t recommend themenough and I am so glad we have been apart of the centre journey as it has really improved in the most recent months. Attending 3 days a week now in the toddler room he has new friends and old friends along with him. I always laugh when he walks in and everyone says Hi to him as he has a cheeky smile. I think he thinks he is famous when he arrives! You’re all amazing and thankyou for caring for our boy just as we would.

Started in nursery and now toddler rooms , he loves the food , the outside play areas and absolutely bonds with all the educators! I absolutely would recommend great beginnings baldivis to everyone !
